Meet the Milams

Robert and Kristin Milam are proud to call Lexington, KY their home. Kristin is a Lexington native and Robert has been a Lexingtonian for almost 20 years.

The Milams are committed to making your after the home of your dreams. Robert has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 as a property manager, Realtor®, and now a general contractor. His high touch customer service approach along with his vast knowledge and experience in real estate makes him more than just your average contractor. Kristin has an eye for design and enjoys selecting beautiful finishes that make your house a home. She also has a passion for organization and designing spaces to produce a highly functioning and manageable system.

The Milams are the proud parents of three children. They understand and appreciate the importance of a safe and comfortable, while also beautiful and functional home for a healthy and joyful life.
