Robert and Kristin Milam are proud to call Lexington, KY their home. Kristin is a Lexington native and Robert has been a Lexingtonian for almost 20 years.
The Milams are committed to making your after the home of your dreams. Robert has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 as a property manager, Realtor®, and now a general contractor. His high touch customer service approach along with his vast knowledge and experience in real estate makes him more than just your average contractor. Kristin, also a licensed Realtor®, has an eye for design and enjoys selecting beautiful finishes that make your house a home. She also has a passion for organization and designing spaces to produce a highly functioning and manageable system.
